'Missy communicated well. '

'Perfect. Wonderful. Lovely. My heart was filled far beyond the size of the home. All the little touches, the awesome tub the kitchen and laundry accommodations, the firepit and surrounding woods made for the perfect ovenight getaway as I traveled south.***Highly recommend*** for any woodsy person and nature artist, such as myself.Love, love, loved it!!! Thank You Tyler!!!'

'Beautiful home with great views - our family really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean, plenty of space, and it looked better than the pictures from the listing. The garage is a great perk too. Home is surrounded by so much wildlife and beautiful fruit bushes and trees. Front porch sunsets are amazing! The only issue we had was at checkout, the cleaning crew came early while we were finishing packing up, and said checkout time was 10am, even though the listing and email confirmed 10:30am....

'Very impressive updates to this property. Everything was immaculate. Everything is well thought out for a family or just a couple. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Thoughtfully designed to sit out and enjoy nature. This is definitely a place we would come back to again'

'Great stay! There was plenty of parking. The place was peaceful and had spacious bedrooms. '

'This place is so unique! We travelled here with our hunting dogs and let them explore. '

'We loved the cottage. It's on beautiful property. Made us feel at home. Kitchen well supplied. Because I'm in my 70's, I had a hard time figuring out where to enter the access code. My kids would have had no problems. There were a number of things near the door and it took me a while to figure it out. That's probably on me, but you could mention where to enter the code.'

'This was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. And to boot it had everything you would need for the stay on the lake, including kayaks, paddle board and a hot tub to warm up in after a chilly day on the lake. Yep, we were there in the dead of summer but temps remained in the low 70’s and 80’s with misty rain. The weather was meh, but the location and time with family was fabulous! The host was very responsive and very thoughtful with a welcoming snore kit to enjoy by their fire pit....

'Great communication and checking to ensure all was well.'

'Beautiful home and terrific location!'

'We have a wonderful time here! The yurt is absolutely incredible, homey and full of personality. Our kids loved it and so did we. Can't wait to come back to explore more'

'A wonderful, pet friendly property just a few minutes from the town center of Floyd. New construction, furniture and appliances. The complimentary coffee (K-cups), half and half and laundry detergent were much appreciated! And the property manager Pat was great to work with when I needed to change properties to bring a foster dog my wife brought home from APS two weeks before the trip! Highly recommend if you’re traveling to Floyd!'
