Stunning mountain Views-come enjoy Spring at this this cozy retreat!

The “Sugar Mountain Retreat” at Sugar Mountain is the perfect mountain get-away! Located just a short walk or drive from the ski slopes of Sugar Mountain Resort & a 15-20 min. drive to Grandfather Mountain and all it has to offer! This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located within The Reserve comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The living area includes a stacked-stone fireplace as well as year round views of the mountains. A large flat-screened Smart TV with Netflix and cable in the living area for nights you just want to relax inside. Both bedrooms have attached baths and the Master even has deck access and that gorgeous mountain view . Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you would need to enjoy a meal at home. Kitchen table seats 6 with 3 additional stools at the counter. We even have an Amazon Alexa for your use-music, news, information, etc.
This condo is located at The Reserve, a premier community on Sugar Mountain. Enjoy breathtaking views from 5000 ft. elevation-the mountain ranges seem to go on forever!
Reserve 18D has been decorated with gorgeous furnishings as well as hardwood flooring in the main living area. There is a King bed in the main, a Queen in the guest room and a luxury Queen sleeper sofa in the living room- all complete with linens and comforters. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with Netflix access in the master. Both bedrooms are attached to a full-size bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, coffee maker, stemware, blender, and plenty of cooking supplies. Washer and dryer (with detergent) also available for your use. This condo makes you feel away from it all but still within reach to grocery stores and lots of great restaurants! The 300 sq ft deck also includes tall chairs and a high top table and stools so you can easily enjoy the views-with additional access from the main bedroom. Take in the views while sipping on a glass of wine or simply read a book in the mountain breeze.

The Reserve offers ski slope access just down the road from our condo to the top of Sugar Slalom (recommended for experienced skiers only). Otherwise, it’s just a few minutes' drive to get down to the base of Sugar Mountain. But if skiing isn't for you, just take a quick drive to reach golf, tennis, hiking, rafting, bike trails, gem mining, antiquing, shopping and other nearby attractions. Whatever you choose to do, you can know you will be returning to the comforts of this beautiful mountain condo.

**During the Winter weather months (Nov thru March) a 4WD vehicle or tire chains are highly recommended and may be necessary for getting up the mountain.
