'Lovely Farm House! Everything we needed! One bedroom did not have a window AC unit in it, but there were plenty of fans in the house. We were able to use the box fan in the doorway to cool the room off. With 90 degree temps the other window units kept the house really cool, which was a blessing! Will definitely visit this property again! '

'Easy walk to downtown Wilmington. The historic district was safe with beautiful homes. Jeff, the host provided suggestions on where to eat. Jesters which is a 1 minute walk was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. People in the neighborhood were friendly. Overall, our stay was most enjoyable. '

'This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Wilmington for the weekend! Very close to a lot happening downtown and just a short drive to Wrightsville beach. '

'We stayed at this property for two nights. The house spacious and clean. The towels were especially fresh. All of us were adults, but the room that is set up for children is adorable and has lots of books and toys for them. We didn’t have a pet, but the downstairs was clearly pet friendly. We also enjoyed the front porch, the back porch, and the ambiance of the neighborhood. Cherie was super responsive but we had zero problems.'
