'The location is great. It was a 2 min walk to the beach but that was the only good thing about it. All of the kitchen utensils, plates, and glasses had to be rewashed before using. Some of the utensils had dried food left on them. The furniture is definitely worn and needs replacing. One of the reasons for picking this place was for the pool. Our key did not work the entire time. After multiple attempts of reaching out to the host, the problem was never solved. I will not rent from them again.'

'Great location! We could walk to the Riverwalk and many restaurants. Parking was on the street, but there was always a spot for us. It is an old house, which is neat with its original windows. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.'

Only downside was the construction of the pier and pipes on the beach which made entry to the beach difficult but right on the other side was a pyblic veach access with a really nice ramp to get on the beach. 'The property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to the historic area full of restaurants, cafes, shops, and more. Easy 20ish minute drive to Wrightsville Beach.
