« Overall a very pleasant stay. The house was clean, quiet, and met our needs. It looked just like the pictures online. Small but comfortable. Just know the bedroom is in the loft and the bathroom is downstairs. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch and listening to the birds after a day of hiking at Dinosaur Valley or Cleburne State Parks. Or shopping in town or up in Granbury. « We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were beautiful views! The Pros: The property has beautiful windows that span the living area, which makes for wonderful views while cooking, eating, & playing games. They have a very comfortable couch for movie time. They had multiple outdoor seating areas and the river is just a short jaunt from the house. You can even see the river from inside the house. « The Grandkids (6 & 8) had a great time exploring the farm and feeding the animals. They also enjoyed Big Rocks Park, the Wild Animal Park and the Dinosaur Valley State Park. The Carriage House was quaint and fun, but would have been better with dish towels and more kitchen dishes/utensils. Also, The bedroom is crowded for 4. There was also no water pressure when we arrived because a hose had been left on in the farm area. That was solved relatively quickly. »
