« The whole reason for staying at this location was the pool. The gate on the pool was broken and not secure from allowing children in. The pool was green on the bottom. When I spoke with the owner he assured us that he cleaned after the last tenants, yet the pump wasn't even running. He said he would provide a partial refund, but we never received it.There was a funky smell in the house and we had to open ever thing up to air it out. There were ring cameras throughout the house. « House was great for our group. Four adults and an infant. The host is very responsive. The deck and hot tub were used daily. Also, access to bikes was an added bonus and cost savings as we didn't have to rent. Overall, a fun long weekend at Black Butte Ranch! »
