'Smoke detector was chirping when I entered my room. After two calls to the front desk, the clerk came to my room, took it off the wall, removed the battery and left it on the dresser. 'The parking was a bit difficult as there were three or four rooms bunched together on a corner. Also the parking lot is in bad shape. From the outside it is all rather decrepit looking and I was almost hesitant to go into the office. But inside the office all was nice and the man on duty was very pleasant and helpful. The the room seemed to be recently refurbished and it was very clean. Bottom sheets are not "fitted" and they slipped and slid on the plastic lining between the sheet and...

'My room was very old and in poor condition. I found trash under the tv cabinet, the cabinet was scotch taped on the top edges, stained carpet, the sliding glass door was filthy. I was shocked at the condition of my room. Then the back door I had to enter thru was broken and didn't lock which worried me for safety purposes because it backed up to woods and was not well lit.'

'Timberlake Motel was a great place to stay for graduation weekend at Liberty University. Nice to be away from the congestion but easy access to get on campus. The staff and owner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed each day and they were always available to answer questions. This motel was very clean and so easy to maneuver through. I highly recommend it for graduation weekend and any other busy weekend in the area!'
