« The Grove Park Inn used to be a five star property. It’s a 3 at best today. We went to the GPI to celebrate my son’s birthday. Just to hit the high notes, the service from the staff was terrible. They obviously have very little training in hospitality. Absolutely no enthusiasm by the person in the Cafe, the Concierge, or the wait staff. Additionally, the Edison restaurant was a big disappointment. Our waiter rushed us through our dinner, even though there were very few guests in the restaurant....

« We had a problem when we initially checked into our room. Jeremy, at the front desk was a true professional, he handled it, changed our room and provided a small gift. The hotel itself is a 10/10 it is clean, has activities, has time saver bands for the park, and the staff rule. Shout out as well to the ladies in the quick service location, I remembered a lady for a previous trip, with brown hair a little bit older she said she had been there for close to seven years.
