All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide photo ID before check-in

Professionally cleaned and disinfected after every stay

Gas fireplaces operational October-April

No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property (including cigars, weed, vape pens, or candles)

No pets beyond the approved dogs—unapproved pets incur a $400 fine

Located in a peaceful private cabin community with beautiful mountain surroundings

This cabin is in a neighborhood that has several homes under construction—construction noise may be heard during business hours

15 minutes to Downtown Blue Ridge & 20-30 minutes to outdoor attractions



Getting Around:

Paved roads and accessible driveway (2WD is fine year-round)

Parking for up to 4 vehicles

No RVs, trailers, or boats allowed due to driveway and community restrictions

Limited rideshare services—personal vehicle strongly recommended



Other Things to Note:

Up to 4 house-trained dogs (18 months or older) welcome

$75 pet fee per dog, billed separately after booking

WiFi provided, but speeds may fluctuate in the mountains
