At the bottom of the listing it says "Additional charges may apply for additional people based on property". Keyword "may". Says nothing about being charged extra for having 4 people in a house that sleeps 4. I think its wrong to charge people for what it's advertised for. »

« We had short one night stay to attend a baby shower. The guys stayed back and enjoyed the space. The kids enjoyed the yard and the arcade. There is nothing wrong with this property and it’s in a great location. I will say if mobility is an issue for a family member, I would advise finding another property.
