'Beautiful, well maintained, lovely New England home with a fully updated kitchen, 2 minute walk to Blue Back square in the heart of west Hartford. Perfectly clean, well equipped with many little extra touches. Mark was a perfect host, always available and responsive to us the entire trip. Highly recommend! Seamless stay'

'Our review of the property at Sun Filled Lake House Living property from July 10 to July 18, 2026.Overall, we had a wonderful time. The property looked exactly like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the character of the old-style cottage. The setting nestled in the woods was beautiful, and having two outdoor sitting areas was a great feature. ''Poolside terrace gave wonderful views perfect for enjoying sun outside between flight waits , strongly recommend stopping by if your layover allows especially in warmer seasons''

'We had a dinner for a grooms dinner and found this to be the perfect spot! The kitchen was well stocked and wonderful to cook in. Our guests were very impressed. It was immaculate and their is a Whole Foods just a block and a half away or a costco a short drive away. We loved cooking on the grill on the deck and the guys enjoyed having the gas fireplace and couches there as well! Lovely place!'

'Very clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend.'

'Washing machine broken, vertical blinds in front bedroom had broken slat, tv volume inoperable, garbage disposal not working, kitchen sink clogged, 2 burners on range & oven not working, back bedroom bed frame very sho. Neighborhood was nice and mattresses on beds were decent so we made it work for the 3 nights we stayed - but would not recommend'

'Great location for our six flags visit (about 15 minutes away).'
