'The property was very nice and accommodated us well. We had a wonderful family reunion and enjoyed the location of the house which was close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. The outdoor space was great! The park was nearby and very nice as well. My two comments would be the kitchen prep area was smaller than expected. 'We visited as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents). The house has been tastefully renovated and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had. 'This beach house was perfect for our family vacation. There were 12 of us and we all had plenty of space.
