Vind je ideale hotel in Blennerhassett Island Historical State Park

'At first glance, everything was great. Once we walked around in our room, me in white socks and my wife barefoot, we realized that the floor was filthy. Everything else seemed clean enough, but finding the floors that dirty was a real turn off. The staff was very kind and helpful. The free breakfast was quite good except for the totally burnt sausage links, which were ultimately replaced by sausage patties cooked properly, but not until I was leaving that area. 'Overall decent for the money'

'Hotel was once a grand place - currently needs TLC. Not as clean as you would expect. Restaurant menu & service were not up to Blennerhassett reputation. Not sure I would stay there again.'

'Great room, good of service'

'Was told at check in the pool was open, although it's missing a foot of water. When my children went down to swim they were told they weren't allowed that it was 15$ per person.'

'I understand the building is old! Everything was a little grubby! Sheets were clean & smelled good! Not sure it was worth the price!!'

'Very nice and safe Holiday Inn just off I77. Highly recommended.'

'Staff was very friendly & helpful'

'I had higher expectations of the hotel, due to the high ratings. However, when we arrived, the pool & hot tub were closed, the pillows were all lumpy, the bed was extremely firm, the shower light did not work, and the conditioner bottle was broken. At the front desk, the host verbally announced our room number and someone else’s information was displayed on the tablet. There were a variety of options on the continental breakfast but the quality was disappointing. Next time, I’ll find somewhere...

'Very charming and unique hotel. Great location.'
