'Thank you for sharing this property. The location was excellent just as we had imagined old town to be. Shopping, dining, sights so convenient, everything walking distance. Loved the lights at night and the open markets. Streets safe at night and well lit. On arrival friendly greeting and great communication. Only a 20min walk from the train. 'Authentic place to stay in the very heart of Nice'

'This apt is perfect for those wanting to avoid the crowd of the city center. Beautiful beaches both public and private, and only a 15-20 minute bike ride from old Nice. Mireille was a fabulous host and was able to hold my luggage before check in and after check out. The pictures do not do justice to how comfortable the apt is. Modern appliances, comfy bedding and magnificent views. I will definitely be coming back.'

Florence welcomed us on site and gave us a great introduction to all the facilities.The good: The terrace is the absolute gem of this apartment, of course! 'The stay was perfect. Best location in Nice. Steps from Old Town, directly infront of the TRAM. The place was 10/10. We had a small issue on day one that was resolved within hours with the hosts. We will be back and recommending to friends!'
