« Excellent property, very clean, outstanding kitchen with plenty crockery, cutlery and equipment. We didn't use the utility room as we only there for a weekend. Property on a narrow road so parking for 6 cars was a bonus. Very close to High street, plenty small shops, excellent chippy and pubs. The owner contacted us in the middle of storm Darragh, which was appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to book again »

« Beautiful house. Very clean and has everything we needed while on our stay. The communication was great, so it was a straight forward visit. The night time we went to the pub, literally next door. « This was just what we wanted. Peaceful, warm, well equipped and a stunning view of the sea. Comfortable beds, bathroom with a rain head shower, kitchen with EVERYTHING you need, large TV and comfortable reclining leather sofas and dining table upstairs. LOVELY owners who were super welcoming! Enjoyed the horses and sheep! We'll be back!! »

« As a base for exploring the delights of Anglesey, Cartrefle was ideal. The house is very well equipped and the younger members of our party particularly enjoyed the extensive grounds, football pitch and hot tub. Our stay coincided with the end of May heatwave and the mid-week provision of parasols was greatly appreciated. As for suggestions to improve, a minor observation - the well stocked crockery drawer would benefit from the inclusion of pasta bowls. »

« Cosy cottage - perfect for two and a dog. The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. Well equipped in the main, though take your own loo rolls! Booked through Hotels.com but actually through Sykes Cottages, who offered great service on the phone.
