« So much potential with this one! The cabin was brand new and beautiful. So was the bathhouse. Property is on a busy road with cars and motorcycles zipping by until the late hours. Property manager did not send confirmation until 20 minutes after check in time, I was on the road and couldn’t respond and by the time I got there and realized there was no cell service. « I’m afraid that no words or pictures can quite describe our stay at Pops cozy cabin! The views are stunning; the cabin was updated, beautifully decorated, and spotless. It had everything we needed for a mother/daughters weekend get away. We wish we had planned a longer stay- and will be back. This area of Virginia is close to so many things to do. « This property is beautiful and the house is wonderful. It is very important that anyone who stays here is aware of the steepness of the driveway! My car could not make it up. I had read the reviews that warned me and I just thought they were over reacting. They were not. I had to haul my stuff in from half way up because my car could not make it any farther up. « The cabin is a true gem. Secluded and private but only a short drive to biking and hiking trails, fishing and boating sites and music venues. The cabin is nicely furnished and appears to be only a few years old. The large porch is a great place for sitting and relaxing while listening to music or reading. « The Huckleberry Cabin was very cozy and nicely decorated. It was rustic and true to its original build in the 1800’s with modern upgrades. Walking through the front door was like stepping back in time. Great place to stay to get off the grid and reconnect with nature or unplug from the computer, but also close enough to town if you need supplies. »
