For the 2023 season, we have opened our second jewel in the crown:

MANOIR -Powered by Lieu-

A XXL luxury boutique house with over 400m2 of living space, suitable for up to 15 people. Even larger than the LOFT, it is ideal for a group of friends or several families.

This large manor house, surrounded by a beautiful French garden, is located in a beautiful typical French village: Bize-Minervois. A village with a weekly market, restaurants, an antique shop, a supermarket and a pharmacy, a bar for morning coffees or afternoon drinks and of course a bakery for fresh croissants in the morning.

What is more, if you step out the front door, you are only 3 minutes walk from the river Cesse. A beautiful river where young and old meet for swimming and picnics!

Our big, beautiful new house has old-world charm: beautiful floors, fireplaces, carved ceilings, stained-glass doors and two balconies, front and back, for a princess-worthy balcony scene.
We have decorated the house in a unique, warm, stylish and artistic way. Much like our LOFT, but different; the MANOIR way.

We have decorated the bedrooms with wall-sized photographs: as an eye-catcher, but also as an ode to the beautiful area, as they depict wonderful places in the region that you can visit.
In our kitchen and dining room you will also find life-size photos of home-cooked meals. Thanks to our years of experience in serving dinners in our former Bed and Breakfast, we are sure that these dishes are delicious and suitable for large groups.
You will of course receive the recipes when you book with us!

On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with everything you need to cook for 15 people. If you’re not cooking, you can sit comfortably at the high bar table. Next to the kitchen is the dining room with two tables for 8 people each.

Across the hallway is the old gentlemen’s lounge, in perfect, stately condition, where you can read a book or chat with friends or family.

There are also two bedrooms with a shared en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The spacious third bedroom on the first floor has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet (this bedroom sleeps 3). There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a cosy living room; a large room with lounge sofas and a smart TV.

Bedroom 4 is on the first floor and has an ensuite shower and washbasin. Bedrooms 5, 6 and 7, also on the first floor, share a large bathroom.
(Bedroom 5 has a private washbasin.) The separate toilet for this floor is down the hall.

“What does the outside area look like? “.

Outside, in the front garden, we have built a terrace for breakfast or any other meal and next to the house there is a second terrace with a lovely wide view over our park. A little deeper into the garden is the pool terrace with lovely sun loungers. The pool itself is a saltwater pool (9 x 4m). It has the same view of the park and the sun until sunset! It is a magnificent pool area where many hours are sure to be spent!

A path next to the pool leads to a children’s play area where adults can sit under the trees and enjoy the panoramic view.

In the front garden you will find a beautiful petanque court, and the French image will be complete in the evening sun with a glass of Pastis!
