We drove a big truck so parking was a little tricky when everyone else was around, but there was plenty of parking on street and a lot next door. « We stayed December 2025 during holiday travels. We were so road weary when we arrived after dark. What a lovely surprise to find a small Christmas tree lit up and other lights simply strung above the windows. Immediately made me feel cozy and at home. Also, such a fantastic use of an overall small space. We were 3 adults and three children and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. We particularly loved that in the sleeping loft there was a toilet room. No one had to come down...

« This was within walking distance to downtown and venue of the film festival we were in Hot Springs to attend. Perfect location and on a very quiet street. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The restaurants and the Hot Springs were all in walking distance. Great Location would definitely stay there again. »

« Very comfortable, nicely decorated, and well stocked for all our needs. The lake toys of kayak and paddleboard were appreciated for those not wanting to jetski with the rest of our group. The air conditioner kept us quite comfortable and the air conditioned garage and game room was quite handy for loading and unloading in mass without opening doors constantly. Ping pong and foosball tables were a nice amenity and brought back old family memories!!! »
