Cardinal Cabin with Hot tub, WIFI, Dish, park pass

This is a great cabin for 2 to 9 guest. Location is excellent minutes to Patoka Marina , winery and restaurants. 25 minutes to French Lick and casino, as well as other restaurants. We have a Hot Springs hot tub that holds 6 maybe even 7 comfortably on the back screened in deck. There is a queen in master and a sofa sleeper on main level. In the loft there are 5 twins, 2 are trundles that can be lifted to make 2 doubles if you have couples. So the sleeping option are up to you. We have a nice little round drive for extra parking and possible boat... We are nestled in a wooded lot with distance from neighbors for your privacy. We have a firepit on the side of cabin . There is a full bath on main level as well as a washer dryer and a half bath in loft to make it easier for a bigger groups. Kitchen is well stocked coffee maker ,toaster ,blender, dishes pots, pans, cookie sheet etc. Also provide coffee and filters.. Usually have creamer as well..Patoka marina is 5 to 7 minutes away and we have a park pass for guest. This is a gem in a very relaxing spot to get away and sit back and enjoy the nature all around or hit the Lake . French Lick Casino is just a short drive. Snow birds can enjoy Paoli Peaks 35 or so minutes away. Hoosier hills is 15 minutes away for hikers. Patoka winery is 2 minutes away as well as Bennys off the water. Patoka is truely a beautiful place to come relax for the weekend or even longer if you have the time !!!!

We all enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the hot tub. My friend is a water specialist and tested the water for our safety. The water showed alarming levels and there was not chlorine tabs in it. He adjusted the water and added shock (we had to purchase) in order to make it clean. He is adamant about this sort of thing. Everything else was more than wonderful. Thank you! (I do have photos of the water tester if you'd like to see)

Enjoyed our stay at Cardinal Cabin. The pics are exactly the way it looks. Hot tub is excellent. It even has jets for your feet!!! This is a plus, plus, lol. Keurig coffe machine was great. Loved the free park pass as well! The only critic I would give is, please get a new TV remote. The one for the main TV is pretty old and the buttons don't work very well. Other than that, an A all around

Awesome, kind, super communicative property manager. A really nice cabin - a gorgeous state of the art hot tub, cozy places to sit and spend time together, superbly clean place! Pro tip - Difficult to find groceries nearby, so plan your grocery pickup well before getting into Birdseye.

Relaxing Stay

Our stay was great. The cabin is well appointed and was pretty clean. There was some random deep cleaning that could be done but I’m just being picky. The only real complaint I would have is the beds. Again, I’m probably just being picky, but after 4 nights my back is a little tense. I would still give this a near perfect rating and will stay here again in the future. Thanks to our gracious host.

Great Stay at Cardinal Cabin

We wanted a weekend getaway around Patoka Lake. Cardinal Cabin was the perfect choice, the area is beautiful. There’s a lot to do around the area and French Lick is only a small drive away. The cabin was extremely clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub and overall, just relaxing in the cabin. Would definitely rent this cabin again!
