'This is a drug infested place, please don’t stay here!! I have never felt so unsafe at a hotel. We watched a young mom pushing her baby in stroller, and watched her purchase drugs from one of the other rooms. This seems like a long term, extended stay project housing. Our first room was flooded, the second room someone was already in and started screaming when I opened the door. I told the gun he could have gotten me killed. He refused to give a refund and gave a third room that he promised was...

'Not worth the price. The room temperature was hard to regulate. There was an espresso machine but no regular coffee machine. No bottled water, just absurdly priced drinks and snacks. A restaurant in the building charged a "facilities fee" in addition to the dining charges. The hotel added an "incidentals" charge of $195 to the bill "in case" I bought "incidentals", which I didn't. I'm still waiting for the refund.'

'Room 121 - 1st floor - Ants were on the wooden surfaces - the work table - had to kill many ants. The center table, the dresser under the TV. I stopped counting at 17 ants killed in 1 weekend. The hotel was full - 2 teams and 2 wedding parties so limited room availability. '
