Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The lobby of the property was clean and updated looking. The breakfast area was clean and kept up with. The woman who checked us in was extremely rude and unfriendly. Did not say hello, did not make eye contact, did not speak to us clearly enough that we even knew she was talking to us. My daughter checked in separately and had the same experience.
The elevators are very dated. The floor we stayed on was very dated and brown. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair and dust in the corners of the floor, discolored mold/debris on the fan venting, marks on the walls, questIonable cleanliness of the tub. There were stains on the carpet in the main area of the room. We were in town for a funeral and were on a tight schedule the night we arrived and the following full day so I did not pursue this with the hotel. I also felt like if I brought it to the attention of the person at the desk who checked us in it would have fallen on deaf ears. The rest of the staff we encountered was friendly but I will not stay there in the future.
