'The looking glass cabin is small but effective and quaint. It had most things needed The grounds were clean and being next to the river was great. The check in process and communication was horrible It took hours wandering around property and 20 phone calls and texts to find our cabin They never texted us the code or cabin assignment at check in time When they finally returned communication, they made us feel as if we were in the wrong with no apology whatsoever. It’s a shame...

'Een geweldige kamer. Prima verblijf. '

'The breakfast was great. Check in was amazing and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was kids running up and down the hall waking me up at 12:45 AM. My room was clean and the facility was extremely clean. The lady in the breakfast area was absolutely fabulous! Such a sweet hard working person with so much appreciation for everyone there. She is one of the reasons i would return there. She was absolutely amazing. overall this place was great and I would stay here again but would not want...

'The service and quality of our stay at the Holiday Inn was amazing! Very friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room, and a beautiful lobby with mountain views created a wonderful experience for our first time in Asheville. Highly recommend!'

'Was clean.'

Staff was helpful, friendly and hard working. Parking and grounds were well-kept and area felt safe. We walked to some breweries each night (in daylight) which was more than fine. For Biltmore the...

'Great stay in Asheville. Place was clean and bed was super comfortable. Crmbl cookie is right there for a late night sweet treat.'

'The hot tub was gross, it had build up grease and dirt. The breakfast was below average and the pillows were not comfortable'

'The staff was very nice and professional.'

'We had a room over the breakfast area and the pool which was noisy in the morning and a little strange having a window viewing the indoor pool.'
