'The room was clean but unfortunately our water temperature valve was not working so we had a choice of an extremely HOT shower or Cold so that was a bad way to end our stay in the morning! I told the staff and she said she would make note of it! I hope no one else has that issue😏'

I said we had to get a shuttle at 4:30am so she said then it’s ok. Our room was very far from the front entrance and we were unable to use the phone and couldn’t connect to the wifi. 'No bath mat. Slipped in shower bruised my hip. Coffee was good and hot. Good OJ. The rest of the breakfast was forgettable.'

'I don't often leave reviews of hotels, but our stay at the Kimpton Arras in Ashville was truly exceptional. The room was lovely and well appointed, the staff were generous, friendly and interested (everyone from the valet parking staff to the front desk personnel--Adam was a standout--were exceptional) and made us feel right at home. Didn't take advantage of the spa or restaurant for anything other than breakfast, but the food we did have was very good and reasonably (for a nice hotel) priced....
