He came back … said he’d be right with me … went into his office … I waited … came out to his office … with his back to me, he was writing something down … I waited … he finally turned around and asked if I was checking in. I was at the front desk for 20 minutes before I could check in. I didn’t find his customer service very acceptable. I was not greeted with “good evening” or “welcome...

'Room was clean, needs bathroom updating, loud sink and shower. Room smelled like dog. Breakfast was okay, not well maintained. For a quick overnight stay was fine.'

'The staff was pretty much non-existent. I am sure they are short staffed but the young lady that checked me in was obviously bored and disinterested. Offered no direction on finding my room, where to park, what time breakfast was,have a good day, etc. This hotel was okay for the money but nothing special.'

'Room was fine AC worked great. Was supposed to have breakfast included but at 9am all they had was half containers of Cheerios and Raisin Bran. No coffee no fruit no yogurt no bread no bagels no juice the guy at the desk offered to make us coffee but we didn’t want to wait and the whole set up was uninviting. If you’re gonna list breakfast then really offer breakfast.'
