Clean, cute and convenient

Bigger and more well-appointed than expected! A few small hiccups were addressed quickly by management (listing initially said that one of the bedroom had 2 twins, which turned out to be a queen). Convenient to slopes at Bear Mountain, but too far to walk to the lifts for our 5 year-old, especially with gear. The area behind the unit was perfect for playing in the snow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

Bear Meadows Condo

The condo was great. It was one of the most thoughtfully appointed condos I’ve ever stayed at. Bedrooms not over crowded with too many beds; luggage racks available in each bedroom; Kleenex supplied in every bathroom; unobtrusive night lights in all bathrooms. Living area spacious and furniture clean and welcoming. Large dining table but not crowded into the space. Attractive furnishing and decor throughout. Kitchen cabinets not over crowded but had everything needed. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Weekend in Big Bear!

This property was perfect for us! We loved the beautiful rock fireplace and used it each evening. The vaulted high ceilings made the upstairs space feel open and spacious. Place was very clean and just as pictured on the website. We enjoyed not being right in the busy part of town, but also loved that were were just minutes away from everything too! We would definitely stay again.

The keys had to be picked up at a different location, about 5 min drive, there were no instructions provided as the where to pick up the keys, had to call the office. It was impossible to park in the units garage, I have a bigger car and It did not fit in the garage, the driveway is also very small and on a slope, could not park there either, when called the office the response was" you have to figure it out", not our problem. Had to ask for a manager to resolve, after a few back and forth, a parking permit was issued to park in the guest parking. the property and the grounds are very clean, the beds were too soft for us, the " master suits" are two small bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen are upstairs, could be an issue for an elderly person, the location is beautiful. you can not leave the trash in the unit, and there are no trash bins on the property, you have to take it with you, that was kinda odd, since there is a substantial cleaning fee. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great condo!!

We loved the condo and location. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout. The pictures on the internet were spot on. The only negative is there were no hand towels or washcloths, which is minor in the whole scheme of things. We would love to go back.

Overall this is a very nice clean place in a good complex, and nice area to stay in. Kitchen is well equipped and above average in our experience. This particular unit was fairly close to the main road into this area, so there was some road noise at times. Driveway is steep and a bit tricky getting into garage, but nice to have a garage to park in.

This property was nicely furnished, well kept and generously equipped in the kitchen. Big living room, nice fireplace, and great layout! We expected a queen in one bedroom room and two twins in the other per the posting pics and were surprised to find queens but no twins.

Exceeded expectation

The house was very comfortable and perfect for two couples- two master suit downstairs, well equipped kitchen and living room upstairs with view of tall trees and the ninth tee box of Golf course. It was mostly quite, but we could hear people sneezing next door and some traffic noise. We parked our mid size SUV on the drive way which was bit short and steep, but manageable. We enjoyed nearby hiking trails morning and afternoon, and coming back for lunch and rest in between. It was nice choice for our trip.

Wonderful place close to everything

My family and I had a great time here. Plenty of space especially for a family of 4. A golfers paradise being on the 9th hole. Comfortable surroundings and a great place to get out of town. Keep in mind parking is a bit tricky since it is not Really meant for anything other than a compact car or Small suv. Also you are responsible for taking your own trash to the dump, which is easy and about a mile away and not a big deal at all. Enjoy!
