'Our stay was disappointing due to noticeable issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The first floor had a strong smell of marijuana throughout our visit. Inside the room, the walls were covered in scuffs, there were visible stains on the ceiling, and the AC/heating unit was dirty, containing debris left behind from previous maintenance or lack of cleaning. The property is in clear need of better upkeep and general repairs.'

'Good location'

'Our room was not serviced while we were out all day. We left our room at 11:30 AM and returned at 9:30 PM only to find that our room had not been cleaned, towels refreshed etc. and no, we did not have our do not disturb on. Thank you.'

'This Tru was switching vendors so there was no soda or water to purchase. I was shocked and felt they should have purchased water that guests could just take for free. We ordered a pick up supper and ended up drinking water from the bathroom sink! Unacceptable'

'Love it! The employee was super helpful and cool that you don’t see a lot nowadays for sure I come back the best part the breakfast’s was the best my kids love it. If my kids love it I love it to.'

'Hot tub was down, which was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel from others in the area.'

'Rooms were clean, hot tub and breakfast were good.'

'Goed hotel, goede nette kamer en heel goed ontbijt. Helaas werkte de TV niet bij aankomst, later wel maar geen CNN. Wifi was zeer slecht en werkte eigenlijk niet'

'I live in michigan and I would literally go back just to stay here! Very clean, the steakhouse was amazing and the room was incredibly clean and comfortable.'

'Our floor was sticky, cobwebs everywhere, and a stained hand towel.'

'Helaas hebben we geen goede ervaring; het personeel was óf niet representatief (stoned..??). Er was de eerste ochtend veel te weinig ontbijt en niemand vulde tijdig aan.. het personeel was niet beschikbaar/bereikbaar en de badkamers zijn redelijk 'gedateerd' met veel achterstallig onderhoud.'

'Nobody was at the front desk when I checked in. It took awhile before I was able to find someone to check me in. There were bugs on the bathroom floor when I woke up in the morning and the eggs for breakfast were severely under cooked and there were not many other options to eat,'

'Large, clean, comfortable & quiet room; staff at the hotel were very helpful.'
