« We love staying here, however once again the kids in 251 were screaming and running the halls, so loud it woke us up twice, I eventually went in the hall and told them to shut up. Then AGAIN the damn housekeeping tried walking in our room. It was 9:30 and check out is 11. I am about sick of that happening »

« We have stayed at this hotel in the past, the last time probably in 2020. We will not stay again. It has significantly gone down hill in that time. The rooms were not very clean, the counters had stickiness from previous stays and there were crumbs all over the floor and beds. Walking into the lobby smelled very musty and throw the halls smelled like marajuana on multiple occasions. The hot tub was broken and apparently early has been for over a month. The pool area was a mess - dirty...

« Breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs were runny, the biscuits were doughy, and the sausage was over cooked. Plates were left at other tables for for 30mins before being cleared, and the dinning area wasn't busy. Wait staff was super friendly and helpful. Dinner was good overall. The carpets in the hallways seemed like they were in the middle of being replaced so didn't feel as clean or welcoming as most Holiday Inns feel. »

« Wonderful stay! Our family of 3, plus one cat and one dog were very comfortable at this hotel. Room was quiet, clean, and new. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was a great bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lounge/breakfast area is huge with a pool table and tons of different seating options. We didn't swim, but the pool must be a popular option as many kids and adults were going to and from the pool. EV charger is a Tesla charger and it worked great!...

« The staff was amazing and very helpful. The parking lot is on the smaller side so it was very difficult in the evenings to find parking. Parking was never a problem in the day time though. »

« I am asking for a Refund. We did not even stay in the property because of how disgusting and horrific it was. There was an awful smell in our room. The room looked like a prison cell the bed was against the wall with chipped paint all over. There was dirty and garbage on the bathroom floor. »
