True to its owners, the small estate of the Gourgasse Vieille has required several years of renovation. The work was carried out with all the respect due to this old lady but also with respect due to the site and the environment.
The ancient vineyard residence has thus gradually regained its charm and its cachet of yesteryear. It now offers its guests all the comfort necessary for their stay. The Côté canal restaurant with its large shaded terrace on the banks of the Canal du Midi provides fine days of savory breaks of pure happiness.

Accommodation, the Gourgasse Vieille offers four lodgings enjoying a cozy decor and decoration. Four additional tourist apartments are planned and will complement and personalize the welcome.
The gite "Rive Droite" is a large apartment with terrace and can accommodate 4 people (maximum 5 people).

It is located on the first floor of the building and extends on a single level. It features a large terrace with views of the swimming pool and the Canal du Midi. The terrace of 60 m² is equipped with a garden furniture with sofa, armchairs, two chairs, table, chairs and barbecue. The terrace communicates with the kitchen through two French doors.
The entrance has a closet.

The kitchen with integrated furniture is open to the living room, it is fully equipped: fridge and freezer, four vitroceramic cooking rings, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, table and chairs. A coffee maker, an electric kettle and a toaster complete the amenities.

The living room has a sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a piece of furniture with a TV. The children's room has a sloping ceiling and is furnished with 2 90 cm beds, an armchair and a chest of drawers. It can also accommodate a fifth person (folding bed).

The room of the parents has a bed of 160 cm, an armchair and a cupboard with wardrobe.

The shower room consists of a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. (A hairdryer is available).

The separate WC, are inside the bathroom.
