'Everything was great! We booked this place for our group of just under 30 people. We especially enjoyed the main room of the guest house, the terrace, the jacuzzi, and the pool. The kitchens are well-stocked and suitable for cooking large meals, especially if you make use of multiple of them at once. 'Bon court séjour, proche de la gare de Laroche Migennes donc possible de venir en train (finir le trajet en voiture).Maison agréable, espace pour les enfants sympa (sous la surveillance d adultes), jardinet confortable.Nous n'avons pas testé le spa, qui semblait fort agréable. 'The house is very tidy and offers many possibilities. The biggest advantages is certainly the covered terrace where you can sit outside all night and go in the jaccuzzi whenever you like. The neighbourhood is very quite, but bigger cities are within driving distance. A special mention to the employee Laurence who was very communicative, gave us an excellent explanation at check-in and check-out!'

'Tout était parfait pour notre séjour entre amis. Accueil très chaleureux ! Le propriétaire était aux petits soins pour nous. Terrain bien clôturé, appréciable avec des chiens. Grand espace intérieur et extérieur. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place. Les environs sont très agréables et très calme. Fromage artisanaux à proximité immédiate (délicieux), et commerces à quelques kilomètres. Literie très confortable. Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Nous reviendrons certainement pour un prochain...

'With 8 adults and 3 young kids we had a great time. The pool is fantastic and the house is well equipped and comfortable. The rooms are large and there is plenty of space for everyone. There are also toys and kids slides in the garden. Because the house is authentic and made of wood it can be a bit noisy.'

'Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte bien situé proche de Troyes. Le gîte est très propre, fonctionnel et calme et l'accueil réactif et chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace extérieur avec terrasse, salon de jardin, barbecue et auvent, un jardin clos pour les jeunes enfants serait un plus. Attention également aux centrales de réservation qui pratiquent des prix assez différents. Au global nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons ce gîte.'

We can thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants a good base from which to explore northern Burgundy; only five kilometres from the A6, three kilometres from the lovely city of Auxerre, two kilometres from a good supermarket, and yet situated in delightful countryside.'

"Aangekomen op locatie was heel warm, grote parking zoals op foto´s. Ontbreekt schaduwrijke bomen of parasols. Parking word niet afgesloten , volgens receptie camera´s rechtstreeks verbonden met politie ? Ontvangst door vriendelijke dame. Spijtig genoeg geen diner weekends, waren er op zaterdag en dit was op de site niet vermeld. Met een afgeladen auto niet prettig. Mvr heeft ons een adres van een zaak gegeven op 1,5km niet echt restaurant maar qua prijs ok, was wel aanpassen met drukscherm keuze maken. Hadden een kamer op 1 verdiep, niet enorm groot maar voor 1 nacht ok, badkamer verouderd, vb bad met douche, maar hendel douch werkt niet. Toilette ruikt en erg aangeladen, watertoevoer blijft hangen waardoor geen toevoer, mits draaien aan deksel werkte het ding. Hadden airco maar om een of andere reden, toen we na 24h00 nat bezweet nood hadden aan vrisse lucht, geen manier dat ding aan de praat te krijgen. Ontbijtbuffet niet uitgebreid maar voldoende.gelukkig was hotel niet afgeladen vol. "
