« This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s been wonderful both times. Very spacious with two living room and dining areas and complimented well by a large kitchen. Worked very well for making meals for the family for our stay. The location of the house is conveniently located by restaurants and stores in Bettendorf. »

« Beautiful house! Enjoyed sitting by the fire and watching the Mississippi River. It was so relaxing. The house was well equipped. Would definitely recommend it. »

« Very clean, beautiful home. Comfortable home away from home. Loved that it was dog friendly and he loved being out in the beautiful back yard as did we. The neighborhood was quiet and very easy to find. »

« This property was very well kept and clean which made it easy to keep clean. Everything was in working order. Nice appliances. Extremely spacious and perfect for a very large family gathering. We had ourselves and 3 adult children with their spouses and one infant. The 3 separate sitting areas was perfect for us. The only downfall was parking space. « Very nice property. The hosts are very attentive. The price was great and the property is very clean with a great central location. Would highly reccomend. We stayed for a wedding and 5 adults. Plenty of room with 2 sitting rooms. Overall, it was great. »

« The property is meticulously maintained. The views of the river were claming after a long day of travel, the cabin was extremely comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Everything you could possibly need is present. My opinion is this place is a bargain for the price. Definately beats a hotel hands down. If I return to the area, I will definately book again! « Check in and out are very easy. The kitchen doesn’t even have salt and pepper, so you do need to bring all ingredients if you are cooking. The location of the bathroom is odd it is down a hallway behind a door with an alarm. It feels like you are going into the private space of the other side of the duplex, but the host assured us it was exclusively ours. We were told at check in that we couldn’t use the deck because it might not be safe. Still for the price, we were satisfied. »
