'The Victorian is in the process of being restored. The location is convenient to the downtown area, but parking on a narrow street was a concern and the steep steps up to the front door would be hard for some visitors (it is noted in the description). The hot tub was not clean and was only 3/4 filled with water so we never used it. The pool table has many rips and the cue sticks were missing their tops so we never used the table. The owners were quick to respond which was helpful.'

'We absolutely loved our stay. The farm house was very cozy and clean. The silo has an awesome view of the river. There is also a path that leads to stairs straight to the river, it was like we had our own private beach. We caught 2 catfish and 1 carp. We stayed during 4th of July weekend and we could see fireworks in the distance from about every direction. I would recommend and would definitely stay again!'

'Perfect stay for a Fall girls’ weekend. Bike trails, calm waters, clear night skies and campfires included. Shopping and restaurants are a quick drive. '

'The house was as advertised. The town was great to explore. We would stay again.'

'We enjoyed looking at the artwork and vintage finds. The house was exceptionally clean. The pillows and mattresses were comfortable. The host accommodated our early check-in request which was appreciated.'

'It is an older house with associated discrepancies. Overall good value for the space provided.'
