« I suspect units are different but my unit was terrible. The Bluebird staff did not reply let alone fix the issues. Water was not hot, just a little warm, property had a hole in the wall, broken chair, broken lamp shade, broken venetian blind, Wi-fi log in was incorrect and the staff never provided the correct site and password. « The unit was spotless and contains all the necessary things needed for a short stay. The location is perfect, in downtown Bethesda. That said, our move-in instructions were never sent, 15 minutes before our move-in time of 4 PM, we were told that it would be pushed back to 6 PM, and it ended up being after 7:20 PM.
