  • Dit gezellige huisje aan de kust is perfect voor uw ideale familievakantie of romantische strandvakantie. De accommodatie bevindt zich in een rustiger deel van Sea Colony West, maar op slechts 1,5 km van het privéstrand. Loop 100 meter uit de voordeur van het pand en tijdens het zomerseizoen kunt u ontspannen in het gemeenschappelijke zwembad of op de Sea Colony Tram stappen om u naar het privéstrand te brengen. En een blok verderop is het wereldklasse tenniscentrum Sea Colony.

    Het pand is een 2 slaapkamer / 2 badkamer, 900 vierkante meter duplex die geschikt is voor maximaal zes personen. Fantastische prive-terras aan de woonkamer krijgt veel zon in de ochtend en middag. Gloednieuwe keukenapparatuur, centrale airconditioning, goed uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine, droger en vaatwasser.

This Sea Colony Villa is surrounded by woods and shade trees and feels like a personal oasis! Just steps from one of the many pools, this home hits all the high notes for a great time at the beach.

We absolutely loved our time at Sea Colony!! Everything was perfect. Just an FYI: the towel bar in the main bath was broken.

Quiet and convenient

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed the week before Labor Day as the season was winding down. The location was quiet and away from the crowds, but still convenient to everything in Sea Colony. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week- including beach chairs because we forgot to pack ours, and indoor games to keep our kids occupied. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We loved our stay in Bethany as always. This unit was perfect, exactly as listed. Communication with the owner was always fast and smooth. Check in process was easy and smooth. The owners have everything set up nicely. We did not have 1 issue at all.

Bethany Beach visit

My son played in a national tennis tournament at Sea Colony so we have stayed at this unit the last 2 years. 2 minute walk to courts. Great location. Lovely quiet condo nestled in the woods

Awesome condo near the beach

This place was fantastic. The beach is close by - walkable, but there is also a shuttle that goes right there. There is also a pool practically next door, and tennis courts. The condo itself was perfect for our family. We didn't cook but there was a full kitchen available. The living area has plenty of space to hang out, there was a spacious patio with comfortable furniture, and the wifi worked great.

Great summer getaway!

We had a great stay here - we loved how quiet it was, but yet close to so much! Jon and Ashton could not have been more communicative and responsive, and their guest binder had all the information we needed to plan our stay. The condo was also fully equipped, clean and comfortable. We would come again!

Everything We Were Looking for!

Family of four found everything about this property to be perfect for us. The hosts communicated with us regularly, the size of the unit was just right, and we took advantage of as many Sea Colony amenities as we could. I recommend bringing your bikes (or rent some), it was the easiest way to get around both Sea Colony and the center of Bethany/boardwalk. Our car remained parked for almost the entire week. We would without a doubt like to stay here again.

Sea Colony Vacation

Our home away from home was the perfect fit. It was close to the ocean, restaurants, and amenities. It was more convenient to take the tram to the beach and boardwalk. So, having the tram stop so close was an additional plus. The townhouse itself was charming, comfortable, and close to the pool. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed for cooking and serving meals. Grocery stores were a short drive. I would stay again.

Perfect Rainy Week at the Beach

I cannot say enough good things about this property or its owners. The entire process was seamless and easy. The property is in a perfect location (steps from one of the pools) and it was a good size for just me -- not too big and not too small. Although it rained the entire week I was there, I so enjoyed my stay that I am looking forward to returning and renting this property again.
