MINI-WEEKS IN JUNE! SWEET SPOT AT THE BEACH FOR A QUICK GETAWAY! This lovingly maintained beach cottage is the perfect landing spot to explore the Quiet Resorts of Bethany Beach. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the beach (1.5 short blocks) and a short walk to the shops and restaurants "in-town". You'll love everything about this 4 BR, 2 1/2 BA home... there's a lovely screened porch, outdoor shower, plenty of parking, CAC, W/D, BBQ Grill and even a small backyard. Owners even supply a Bethany Beach parking permit! No Pets or Smoking please.
Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Great location

Many nice features, including outdoor shower, location, two refrigerators is wonderful and screen porch. However, the mattress situation is not good and they need to be replaced.

Awesome house

We had a great stay at this house! Super cute and plenty of room for all. Wish sheets were provided as part of the cost. Favorite part was the outdoor shower and additional bathroom underneath the house!

Charming beach cottage

Our girls' book club stayed at Sea Legs for a long weekend in late April 2022. It's a very convenient location for access to downtown Bethany Beach and to the beach. We enjoyed our stay... Comfortable, perfect for 5-8 people, kitchen had all necessary items including a large table for eating and playing games. The twin beds were a little firm for some but the queen and king beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and the decor was perfect.
