'Lovely boutique hotel with a great location close to the train station. Very well kept and modern. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room not working. After an hour of changing the thermostat when we got to the room it hadn’t lowered at all. We went down to the desk to ask about it and they went onto a laptop to adjust something and said it was fine. 'Wow! This was our first time travelling to Tirano. We didn’t know what to expect. The property manager (Mara) contacted us to find out what time we would check-in. She gave us excellent directions to get to the building from the train station. We were warmly welcomed at check-in and were quickly on our way to our suite. 'L'hotel è in ottimo stato. Rinnovato da poco, staff molto gentile. L'unica cosa che mi ha fatto dubitare ciò che è scritto su Expedia è la vista dal balcone, non si vedono le montagne, infatti da certe camere non puoi uscire fuori per aria fresca. Cmq per il prezzo non c'è niente da lamentarsi, colazione eccellente, posto meraviglioso!'
