'Perfekt beliggenhet og flott rom. Eneste minuset: vi var på reise i Italia, og visste at dette er et ubemannet hotell. Vi ventet på en bekreftelseslink, og ble veldig stresset da vi ikke fikk kontakt med hotellet 24 timer før ankomst. Hotels.com var supre på telefonen og tilbydde oss hjelp. Bekreftelseslink med kode ble sendt oss cirka en time før innsjekk.'

'Fijn hotel met heel aardige mensen. Als je een lichte slaper bent, vraag dan liever een kamer aan de achterkant, de middeleeuwse straat met kinderkopjes is karakteristiek maar een beetje rumoerig. Heerlijk ontbijt met croissants die ter plekke verwarmd worden en roerei dat ter plekke klaar gemaakt wordt. Binnen loopafstand naar "Bergamo Ata" via een van de Venetiaanse toegangspoorten'
