Aquarius is spread over 3 floors:
The lower ground level contains two good sized bedrooms, walk through closet areas, and modern ensuite bathrooms. Both have air-conditioning and a spacious outside covered deck. In the center, there is a vast media room with w.c.

The middle level contains 2 master bedrooms, and an open plan living, dining, kitchen area surround on 3 sides by the infinity-edged swimming pool. A further sun deck area is located in front of the pool - all overlooking Spring Bay and the islands of Balliceaux and Battowia. A huge en suite bedroom is located on each wing of the villa - both accessed from the main living space using wooden bridges over the swimming pool sides. South facing with huge wooden louvered windows in each to capture those dynamic ocean views, with access to another sun deck a few steps below pool level - ideal for sunbathing. One of the main features that make this house so special is the saltwater swimming pool that surrounds the living room and the two upper bedrooms. The pool is 35 ft by 12 ft with a main depth of 5 ft (4ft in the extended sides).
