« Beautiful new cabin with everything you need, from plentiful towels to the incidentals like soap, shampoo, dish soap and laundry detergent even! The hosts have gone out of their way to make it all easy! They even had Oxy Clean, knowing hikers get pretty dirty! Cannot say enough good things about this property-the wooded view from the back porch swing and patio furniture were among my favorite things. So peaceful. »

« Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home tucked away in the mountains. We loved the small touches like the s’mores basket, indoor lights and AC on when we walked in, and the comfy bed. However, it would have been great to have lights on the pathway to the front of the home because it was dark when we arrived. We weren’t able to close the bathroom window which was a bit unsettling and when we entered the hot tub we found a bandaid floating around. Aside from those small...

« We had such a great time staying here! Communication with Giselle was fast and easy, and she even helped with an early check-in to avoid some tricky weather on our drive up. The house itself is just so cute and well put together. It was actually relaxing to be there with a toddler (not a small compliment if you know!) and just had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved using the hot tub and it was an easy drive to Luray Caverns. Definitely recommend and will consider staying here...

« We had an absolute wonderful time! It was so relaxing and the descriptions were spot on. After reading the reviews, we brought our foam mattress cover for the bed and it made a big difference. The public fishing spot near the cabin is also a boat launch spot so we had some traffic while fishing but we still caught some fish! Rivers Edge is also on the corner lot so we felt it was very private and highly recommend! The hot tub was also a perfect touch. 10/10 vacation! Thanks Tony! »

« Awesome mountain views and the cabin was very comfortable! This was therapeutic for me. I have already referred 4 people and I highly recommended this cabin. It was clean and there were delicious cookies on the table as you enter the cabin. We'll definitely be returning in Nov. Thank you!!! »

« We really enjoyed this home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of towels left for us. We especially loved the screened in porch which also had plenty of seating for family time. The home is not only beautiful inside but also on the outside with nice landscape and attention to detail. « Well appointed, rustic yet accessible cabin. A little small for four adults but would be great for a couple or a young family. We would rent again as a couple. »

« The property was extremely clean and exact to description. We booked 24 hours before check in and the host was extremely accommodating and quick to communicate. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful river getaway in Luray! »

« Had a great time at Jax Mt getaway! My children loved the movie room and all the inside and outside games! We were only able to use the hot tub once since it was so hot but it was relaxing!! Beautiful mountain escape and if we are ever back to the area we will stay again! Close to Luray and Shenandoah caverns! »

« Wish we could have stayed longer. This area is the only place my husband and I truly relax. House and location were excellent. My only complaint would be that the grass needed mowed. My chihuahua didn't like the grass touching her belly. »
