Gaze out at the golf green and sip your morning coffee at this cheerful Sunriver townhome. With a private hot tub and eight SHARC passes - this is a great place to get away from it all.

Ideally situated, this home is right next to both the Woodlands Golf Course and the complex pool. Sunriver's eateries and shops, like Hot Lava Baking and Coffee, are under three miles to the south, with SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center) just before that. There are 40 miles of paved bike trails, so consider planning to get around on two wheels rather than four!

The light walls and wooden furniture make the living areas feel welcoming and friendly. There's complimentary WiFi, an iPod docking station for listening to your favorite music, and a TV for entertainment. In warmer weather, air conditioning helps you stay cool and comfortable. There's even a washer/dryer, making it easy to pack light.

Well-equipped and with an island for extra chopping space, this kitchen is perfect for whipping up well-loved dishes. Serve memorable meals at the dining table or outside. The deck has a table so you can eat and breathe in the sweet-smelling air at the same time. During the day, watch the bike path and the golfers nearby. At night, soak in the private hot tub and forget all your cares as the hot water carries away your tension.

Sunriver has something for everyone. Science lovers will be excited for the chance to see the stars up close at the Sunriver Observatory. If you want an adventure, take a raft float trip down the Deschutes River or try some rock climbing. Even better, gather the whole group together for a rousing game of Capture the Flag, paintball-style.

SHARC is the perfect place to spend one or more lazy afternoons. Alternate between paddling around the pools, going down the water slides, and having a snack or cocktail at the Riptide Cafe. Kids can stay entertained in the sand area and tot pool, and those who don't want to get wet can play volleyball. If you pack a lunch, you can enjoy it at the picnic pavilion!

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September.
This home also includes shared access to a private pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
