'We had a great time at this house. It was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. I was impressed by how well-equipped the kitchen was. We did a lot of cooking, and it had everything we needed. Even tupperware for leftovers, which I almost never see at rental houses. The location was very quiet and peaceful, and the views from the deck and the glass sliding door surrounding the livingroom on three sides were gorgeous. 'It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle....

'We did not have pets or children. It was spacious for our family of 5 adults with the convenience of 2 bathrooms. It had the basics in the kitchen. A parking that came with the property.
