'The cottage seems to be recently refurbished provides most of the modern facilities but without luxury. The house is warm and have all the necessary to cook and stay like home. You have even dishwasher, washing machine and convenient drier. The surrounding provides walk paths by the coast. Note that you can not access directly the beach as there is a cliff, you need to walk a mile or so so access the sea shore. 'Really great property, stayed with a group of children, teens, and adults and it was perfect because everyone could have their own space. Lovely bedrooms, beautifully presented, had everything we needed. Great location too, to walk into Chichester or drive to the beach. Host property manager very responsive and set the bedrooms up as requested. Thoroughly recommend!'

'Grove Lodge was the perfect choice for our family of 8 adults celebrating my father's 100th birthday. The ground floor ensuite bedroom was perfect for him. The house was clean and very well equipped. As we had goodcweather we were able to enjoy the lovely private garden. We were met by Lee who was very friendly and gave us lots of useful advice about the area.'
