B&B in Bellingen

'Personeel heel vriendelijk. Kamer was netjes. Bed comfortabel. Op de site stond dat er een restaurant was. Het bleek dat het restaurant gesloten was op de dag dat wij er waren. Hadden we niet op de website zien staan. Vervelend want we hadden ons erop verheugd. Het zou overigens mooi zijn dat de buitenruimte wat meer aangekleed wordt. Nu ligt er overal onderhoudsvrij grind.'

'Wonderful property- wonderful host. Will return one day to this lovely place!'

'Oliver was a wonderful host - fresh home-baked bread, butter and milk and a basket of goodies left for us, as well as a welcome sign! My 10 year old immediately felt welcome and excited to be there! The river view from the bedroom was magic in the morning. Bathroom was clean with a lovely shower. We came and went as we pleased and felt very safe. Lots of modern gadgets in the kitchen and a big TV. We enjoyed a few games of Snakes and Ladders before bed. Oliver offered plenty of local knowledge....

'Exactly what we needed for our family catch up'

'This was the perfect getaway for us. The extras in the kitchen were so appreciated. We will be back! '

'I don't really want to do a review as I would like to keep this place a secret. A fantastic little park with excellent amenities and right on the river. Will be back for sure!'

'We enjoyed our stay at Mountain Lookout retreat, rooms are clean and well designed, make sure you don't leave food in the room, otherwise you'll get visited by ants. Although it was smokey due to bushfires, our host could tell us what places to visit during our stay, views were less beautiful as in normal corcumstances though.'

'Try to stay at least 2 nights to enjoy he beautiful views and accommodation.'

'I loved my stay! The view is stunning and the place was beautifully put together. The fire bath was a real highlight. I would avoid going in mid-winter or mid-summer because it would get uncomfortable inside. It was already feeling just bearable on a 25 degree day. Make sure to bring matches to use the stove and firewood.'

'Jody & Daniel make the getaway feel like a home away from home! There’s something to keep all ages busy from canoes to board games! '

'We had a lovely overnight stop in this restful and peaceful cabin. It was a beautiful place to wake up to - the property is lovely. The cabin had everything we needed. We loved all the signage tastefully displayed - which made our stay easier.'

'Would definitely stay here again! Only thing is that the A/C didn’t work properly for us over the weekend. Only worked on fan but not cold or heater unfortunately, especially since it rained over the weekend. But other than that, my stay was amazing!'

'Always a Fantastic stay !'

'Schone fijne kamer, vriendelijke eigenaar.'

'Accomodation was clean and basic . Not really “resort “ vibes more like “motel” vibe. Wasn’t worth the $$$ spent.'

'This was such a sweet little spot right on the river. The room we had was perfectly clean, spacious for our whole family and had beautiful views of the river. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night!'
