A private, wooded and secluded log cabin that is furnished with native rustic decor, turn-key and affordable to the ambitious traveler. The cabin is located near the town of Bellaire and is just 5-minutes from SHANTY CREEK RESORTS. The area offers some of the finest skiing, snowboarding, snowmobile trails, hiking, hunting, golfing, boating and fishing in the State of Michigan. The area is close to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Mackinac Island as well as many other local attractions. SHANTY CREEK RESORTS offers something for everyone and can be a year-round destination. Many amenities are provided to offer you a wonderful vacation experience. Special note to golfers: There are nine regulation golf courses within 5 miles and others are within 20 minutes. The cabin is also provided with central heating & air conditioning. *Professionally cleaned & sanitized prior to each and every guest. You will also have pool and hot tub access at the Lakeview Hotel and Schuss Mountain.

Perfect cozy cabin in an ideal location! We had the good fortune of snow every day which made this cabin even more beautiful. Couldn’t believe how much this place reminded us of the mountains of Colorado. The location is peaceful and super close to ski area and Bellaire. We are looking forward to returning for future visits.

Cabin just as described. Beautiful Cesar cabin (I think) , very well insulated, awesome gas fireplace, Pac-Man game console got more attention than me.Stove, coffee makers, toaster all good…just microwave issue; had power but heating element not working. We hiked, biked, rented a pontoon, shopped and had a great vacation. Dan set up is up an extra day short notice and good rate.Would like to return some time.

This was the perfect place for coziness and to restore. The host made sure we had everything we needed ahead of time. Even when the power went out ahead of our stay they made sure to let us know and had prepared us with other accommodations. Luckily it was on way before we arrived. Very nice and cozy feel all over the cabin. The staircase is interesting at first but my nieces and nephews thought it was so cool. The host/owners are easy to get a hold of, respond in appropriate time and are easy to work with. Definitely would book here again if ever we come back this way again.

I really needed a place to get away and this place was halfway between where I'm from and where I was going. And it was absolutely the place to stay. Really clean. Very cozy. And everything about it was as advertised and more. The location is gorgeous in the middle of the woods. So grateful!

I can't say enough good things about this place! It was immaculately clean, incredibly spacious, and felt like a true home away from home. The location was unbeatable—close drive to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of entertainment, from nearby attractions to cozy spaces to unwind. Lovely cabin

Perfect cabin for a quick ski getaway. Enough room for 4 adults 4 kids to sleep comfortably and a sweet arcade game for the kids. Small issue with roof leaking that the owner called us about ahead of time, it was nice to be aware of that before arriving.

Great little cabin in the woods to chill as a family. Good location to Belaire and Schuss Mountain activities. Roof was leaking in the bathroom but the owner was aware and planning to have it fixed. Didn't seem to affect heating of the cabin at all.

The cabin was immaculately clean and located in a beautifully wooded landscape. The host was available to answer any questions throughout the entire process. My partner and I had an incredibly tune and highly recommend this location for a carefree, nature filled getaway.

Centrally located to many hiking trails

The property was as it stated. It was very clean with a bedroom on the main floor along with the only bathroom. Upstairs was oodles of places to sleep. It was just my husband and myself so we didn’t need to use the upstairs. There is a very nice hiking path and river by the road that you take to enter the housing area. We didn’t need to make contact with the owner as everything worked as it should. I would recommend this house to others

Perfect little cabin in the woods!

Cute little cabin in the woods. We loved the wrap around porch, especially with a little one. We could be out there and not worry with it all blocked off. Was everything you needed there, not fancy but functional and the perfect up north vibes! We enjoyed our stay!
