'Communication with the Jacob was good and efficient. He let us know of an unplanned late checkout by the previous renters that was affecting the cleaning schedule, but they were able to get everything ready for us in time for check-in, which I appreciated. The place was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. There were snacks, coffee, and toiletries, which was nice. My only comment is my opinion that the place truly sleeps 8 rather than 9 people (three King-sized beds, a rollaway twin, and a long...

'Host Joey was very easy to work with and provided great tips regarding the trail systems since it was raining a bit during our stay. The property was very clean and so nicely decorated. It was very nice to be able to travel with our 2 fur-babies and not miss them. We enjoyed coffee on the peaceful back patio in the morning while the pups played in the fenced in backyard. The Pac-Man game was a nice touch, although I might have spent too much time trying to beat the high score (I did not). ...
