Cabanes à Belgrade

« We enjoyed our stay at the cabin--everything was very clean and well organized, with coffee and tea, all the utensils and pots one would need. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels. We especially enjoyed the fact that there was a fire pit--lovely for a warm evening. We were able to get back and forth to Colby College in 30 minutes and had dinner in Skowhegan. »

« We had two rentals for parents and grandparents to attend Colby graduation. The treehouses are just beautiful and the managers have thought of and provided for every need. We were close enough to the campus but in such a gorgeous lakeside spot; it was perfect. The manager is the most kind and responsive person. It would be lovely at any time but it was just ideal for this special family time. Thank you, Feras, for being so wonderful!! »

« This cabin is a perfect retreat in the Maine woods. We had a wonderful time enjoying the lake's crystal clear water especially with all the watertoys . The cabin was good sized and super clean. Roy was so friendly and easy to deal with it made the whole vacation a pleasure. We will be back next summer. »

« Excellent cabin, great location and had everything we were looking for. Right on the water with a great fire pit. Only a couple of suggestions, some way to plug in the electric fireplace and maybe a luggage rack or somewhere to put a suitcase. »

« The renter is not worth coming about the fact that her home is on a very steep hill. I told her I was a senior and had foot and ankle and knee surgeries and had a hard time walking. I saved up to rent a place all year. When I got there I had to call her to find out how to get to the lake. It is so steep I couldn't find an entrance to the lake, I finally found a foot wide muddy, slippery path which was 90 degrees straight up and down. I only took a few steps and realized I would break my neck if...

« This really is a beautiful setting - it is very private and quiet. The front porch is where we spent the most time in the evenings, hearing the loons call was priceless! The home was clean and well-appointed. Due to these positives, I give it a five star rating. However, a few things are needed to make it even better - repair the holes in the window screens. This was a very hot summer stay and there is no air-conditioning. I really wanted to open my bedroom window at night to get the cool...
