'Hayden was very informative and helpful.'

'was a little dated, needed a little face lift in our room, it was small with king size bed but I don't know what the other rooms were like, floor was a little crocked. Not really complaining. The staff was very helpful, when we arrived I thought we booked a ground floor room, they had us scheduled for a 2nd floor room , but were able to accommodate us with a 1st floor location. The continental breakfast was okay, same every day of the three that we stayed, coffee was good, did not have dinner...

'Easy access and close to Petoskey if in the area for business or pleasure. For EV owners, there are two Tesla level 2 chargers present and both come equipped with J1772 adapters.'

'Breakfast was pretty good. Lotsa choices. Sausage and egg white omelet were so good!'

'We went to enjoy the beauty of the area and felt the hotel reflected it as well. We could sit and look out at the bay at breakfast. The room was great as a resting place for the night after biking, shopping, seeing a movie at the local theater, and visiting the sandy beach watching the sun go down.'

'Charming relaxing environment. Staff is amazing. Bar drink menu and the pizza were delicious. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was good.'

'The entire staff was well trained. In particular, the ladies who present the complimentary breakfast bar were extraordinarily personable and helpful ,,, with a warm and genuine sense of hospitality.'

'Nice gym, indoor pool/hot tub, patio. Clean room.'

'Great breakfast'

'Did not like the breakfast. Ended up have breakfast elsewhere. Motel is dated and not well maintained. Seemed gloomy and boring place and definitely not worth the cost nor a 3 star place'

'There was no daily housekeeping, no garbage pickup, no new towels. Mold in the shower. The breakfast was ok and the staff was excellent.'

'No TP except the less than half a roll already on. Kleenex box was empty... Condements in coffee cup were already used....Hair in the bath tub.'

'Very nice and kind welcome from the staff. Very nice location with a lot of amenities. Highly recommend this place !'

'Great location with laid-back ambiance supported by historical character.'
