I was there for 8 days and the carpet in the stairs and hallways had the same debris on them the whole time.
Some of the front desk were reasonably friendly but many ignored you.
Most of the stay the only room service was picking up used towels and replacing them. Sometimes, the bed was not even straightened.
I assume the manager was the guy who never took his head out his computer to even see if those items that need to get done were getting addressed. In my opinion, there is bad management. Sitting on his ass all of the time does not qualify as proper management. All I ever saw him do was sit and has all of his attention on the screen to his laptop. Great example for the workers and the lack thereof.
I will not stay at this facility again. I go to Petoskey twice per year and this was first time staying there, and it is absolutely my last.
