'Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!'

'Prima verblijf. Schoon en comfortabel en goede locatie. '

'The stay was good, just need to fix the hot water and the toilet and they will be great. I will stay here again. The staff was great.'

'Breakfast menu was very limited'

'Heel mooi hotel, mooie kamers, personeel in de bar-restaurant zijn niet echt van een hoog niveau. '

'Convenient walk to dinner. Nice staff. But a bit understaffed...decent breakfast.'

'Older facility…poorly maintained…literally the ‘last resort’ as we were attending activities in Hampton but everything was sold out. Mold in bathroom tub…bugs crawling on floors. Heating unit only blew cold air. The thick glass around the lobby desk should have been an indication of what to expect.'
