'The refrigerator and freezer need a deep clean. Each shelf in the fridge was sticky and the bottom of the freezer was very dirty. The hot tub was clean.'

'Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home tucked away in the mountains. We loved the small touches like the s’mores basket, indoor lights and AC on when we walked in, and the comfy bed. However, it would have been great to have lights on the pathway to the front of the home because it was dark when we arrived. We weren’t able to close the bathroom window which was a bit unsettling and when we entered the hot tub we found a bandaid floating around. Aside from those small...

'This cabin is as exactly as promised. It is the perfect secluded retreat and getaway location. The amenities and house are well taken care of. During our stay, we had an issue with the hot water. In this day and age, it would be so easy to lose your cool, but we can't say enough about how responsive the owners were to take care of this problem and stay in contact with us regarding the issue. Not every host will do that. We sincerely hope to get back in the future.'
