'The room was very nice. The staff was helpful and polite. The only issues were location, there are two different ones. Our taxi dropped us at the location address on the website, but it was wrong. We had to drag our 4 bags about 10 blocks to the right location. Second issue was the fire alarm. It went off at 4:30am and no one was on site until 8:00am to shut it off.'

'This was our favorite hotel during our two week trip to southern Italy. The location is good. The room was spotless, everything worked very well, and it was well equipped with toiletries, coffee and tea, nice linens, wonderful bed and linens, and great TV with great cable channels and streaming. Best of all was was the staff- our hostess was so friendly, caring and helpful. Stay here!'

'The B&B is in a fantastic location if anyone wants to stay in the center of Naples. Its not noisy at all inside despite being near several busy restaurants. The room was clean, with no issues with any of the amenities. Plenty of water and coffee available.
Be aware that the B&B is not manned most of the day, so notify the B&B when you have an idea as to what time you will arrive and leave.
Breakfast was ok. I was given vouchers for a local cafe, where I had a pastry and coffee. So breakfast...
