'We loved this resort! Very kid friendly. Only complaint I would have, are the elevators. Only one main elevator worked to get down to the 1st level. & none of the garage elevators worked so we had to walk all the way down the parking garage to get to the street level.. Also, our condo did not have ANY cleaning supplies. Nothing to clean counters with, no garbage bags,etc. so be prepared to have to go buy extras. 'The hotel looks relatively new and with that clean and modern. The staff were all very friendly and check in/out were fast. We got a room on the 1st floor right near the lobby, which meant we could hear some of the guests checking in/out and heading to the breakfast area but nothing earplugs couldn't fix. The room was really nice and big and had a bed facing the window. The breakfast was a standard chain hotel breakfast, but still a good way to start the day. '
